Scott Aker Honored!
Longtime PIL basketball coach and teacher Scott Aker was honored at Franklin High School on Friday evening February 7th.A quote from Scott:I am feeling blessed and so happy after a belated retirement ceremony from coaching high school basketball! I retired with the onset of the pandemic and didn’t get an opportunity to thank kids, parents and coaches that I met over my 37 year coaching career. Thanks to Scott Santangelo and my beautiful wife Karen for organizing this event. It was awesome seeing kids, who are now grown men with families, and reconnecting with them through memories and stories! It was a special evening for me!
