Three-year football letter winner. First Team All-PIL; Team Most Valuable Player. Three-year basketball letter winner. Three-year baseball letter winner. First-team All-State; Two-time First Team All-PIL; Team Most Valuable Player.
Post-High School Career
Played varsity as freshman at Lewis and Clark College; signed with Baltimore Orioles organization; played AAA ball in 1965. Coached football, baseball and basketball at Jackson High School; Coached baseball and basketball at Portland State University; Coached baseball at University of Portland.
Commentary
I would like to thank the coaches that allowed me to transition from sport to sport. Also, thanks to the music people that allowed me to participate in music programs.
