Post-High School Career
Returned to PIL in 1946 as basketball and baseball coach at Lincoln High School; Served as head track coach and assistant football coach. Led team with Swede Halbrook at center to State Basketball Championship in 1952. Concluded his coaching career at Oregon Technical Institute.
