PIL Hall of Fame Merit Award Recipient, 2009
Jan taught journalism at Cleveland High School for 30 years. She coordinated homecoming events each fall and served as the public address announcer at athletic events.
One of the founders and chairman of the Mel Krause Commerce/Cleveland Athletic Hall of Fame, Jan also was a committee member and donor for Cleveland's football lighting project, football Field turf fund-raising effort and the Ed Warren Fitness Center.
