PIL Hall of Fame Merit Award Recipient, 2011
Dave served Franklin High School, coaches and game officials as a volunteer for almost 40 years.
He was bat boy, water boy, in charge of equipment, unofficial host for the game officials and did many, many more things that made him well known not only to Franklin athletes and coaches but to many of the opposing players and coaches, too.
Dave was tireless and always there to help in any way he could. Though he did not attend Franklin, he was a Quaker mainstay.
