2 Baseball letters, pitched on summer team in City League.
Student Body President his Junior year; graduated at 16 years old.
Post-High School Career
Football letterman at U of Oregon as fullback, quarterback and punter; Bachelor’s Degree at U of O and Master's Degree at Lewis & Clark College. Coached Football at North Powder High School in the early 1950s. Retired after 35 years with Pennzoil Co. Died in 1993 at age 76.
