Three-year Track and Field letter winner; two-time Prep All-American; PIL Two-Mile Champion 1972, 1973, 1974; PIL Mile Champion; State Two-Mile Champion 1973 and 1974.
Post-High School Career
Earned NCAA Division I All-American honors at Oregon State University in 1979.
